The Washington Community Solar Garden is located in Taylor Falls, MN. When it is complete in 2021, Xcel customers in Chisago, Anoka, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine and Washington Counties can subscribe to 1.4 Megawatts of solar energy. That is enough renewable energy to power 220 homes. Developed by Novel Energy Solutions, working with Xcel Energy, membership to this solar garden is offered exclusively to Xcel Energy customers. Your membership in the community solar garden supports renewable energy in your community and lowers your utility bills. That's a win-win for you and the earth.

This Community Solar Garden will produce the energy equivalent of
