When it is complete in 2021, Xcel customers in Stearns, Benton, Douglas, Kandiyohi, Meeker, Morrison, Pope, Sherburne, Todd, and Wright counties can subscribe to 1.43 Megawatts of solar energy. That is enough renewable energy to power 130 homes.
Developed by Novel Energy Solutions, working with Xcel Energy, membership to this solar garden is offered exclusively to Xcel Energy customers.
